Terms of Service

The full terms will be published here before launch. Points counsel must cover (founder checklist, not legal text):

• Contracting entity: Outact Software Inc.
• AI actors may not be presented as real customers, reviewers or endorsers (US FTC rule on consumer reviews and testimonials, effective 2024-10-21).
• Users must label AI-generated actors as AI where platforms or law require it.
• No actor may be built from a real person's photos or likeness without their written consent.
• Ownership and commercial-use rights of generated videos.
• Credits, refunds and cancellation.
